Consultation Process

Our initial consultation, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is a comprehensive session where we prioritise understanding your dog's history and specific behavioural challenges. We work collaboratively with you, discussing a personalised plan of action to address the identified issues.

In certain cases, we may recommend a visit to a veterinary practitioner to rule out any underlying health concerns that may contribute to behavioural problems. Clients receive a detailed report outlining the discussed plan of action and are invited to follow-up sessions for ongoing support.

Collaborative Approach

We work seamlessly with other pet professionals, such as trainers, dog walkers, and veterinarians. For owners seeking a confidence boost, we offer mentoring to enhance their skills. Additionally, we provide controlled environments with either calm stooge dogs or situations with anxious dogs around people, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all.

Stooge Dog Presence

It's important to note that our initial consultation does not include a stooge dog present. If deemed necessary based on your dog's needs, our team may recommend booking our behavioural support package, which includes sessions with stooge dogs.
