Behavioural Support

"When you listen to their whispers , they have no reason to shout and scream" Ch. Patel

Is your dog anxious or nervous?

Maybe the daily life is just a bit too much?

Are you at a loss as to how to help your reactive canine and you have enough of antisocial walking hours?

Are you expecting a baby and you are not sure how to prepare your four legged friend?

Have you rescued a dog that needs extra support?

Here at Positive Impact we understand that every dog is individual and may need extra help to overcome their struggles. We will never rush the training or look for quick fixes.

The initial consultation is approximately 90 minutes long. We will take a detailed history and discuss a plan of action. You may be advised to see veterinary practitioner to eliminate health issues. You will receive a report with training a plan and an invitation to follow on sessions.

What we cover

Our specialised Behavioural Support Service is dedicated to addressing a range of canine behavioural challenges.

From dog-on-dog aggression and aggression towards humans to noise sensitivity and various fear-related behaviours, our experienced behaviourists employ positive reinforcement techniques to create personalised plans for each unique case.

However, it's important to note that we do not cover resource guarding or separation anxiety in our service.

For resource guarding concerns, we recommend seeking specialised training programs, and for separation anxiety, we can provide guidance or refer you to qualified professionals specialising in this area. Trust us to help your dog develop into a well-mannered, balanced, and confident companion.

If your dog is struggling with Separation Anxiety, we highly recommend you get in touch with www.hudsonstailsandtrails.co.uk
